She guides non-profit boards on governance, risk and NPO Act compliance, and has led a Garden Route non-profit as executive director. Ignition named her one of its Top 50 Women in Accounting for 2026. Cara is the accounting expertise behind Kaycie.
Zina le Sueur
Zina spent ten years in commercial property finance at Nedbank, structuring finance for large developments. She has run her own business since 2014, and since 2021 has led marketing for small businesses as a fractional marketing director, building the websites, automation and platforms behind it, including FindGro. Zina is the marketing and systems engineer behind Kaycie.
